After 12 years of serving Colorado buyers and sellers, lead agent and No. 1 Black realtor in the U.S. Delroy Gill found a gap in the market. This vision and new journey were made clear to him while celebrating his 20th wedding anniversary at the Nobu Resort in Cabo. He and his wife were in the pool chatting with a few friends about how far everyone had come in life and the successes (and challenges) they’ve had that led to enjoying this moment and who they’ve become. Delroy’s wife said their lives have been “Refined!” That conversation was the spark for Refined Residence. Now, it’s time to build the flames!
