The Site is a marketing website for Refined Residence and Delroy Gill, a Denver-area real estate professional. Browsing the Site does not create a brokerage or agency relationship. An agency relationship is created only through a separately signed written agreement.
Property information on the Site, including prices, square footage, bed and bath counts, availability, and photographs, is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use. Listing data may be courtesy of REcolorado and participating MLSs. All information is deemed reliable but is not warranted or guaranteed. Prices, availability, and details are subject to change without notice, and properties may have sold or been withdrawn.
